Earlier this week, we provided our UFC 109 betting odds breakdown, saying that while there's not a lot of value in betting Randy Couture, he's clearly the choice if you want to make money.
If you're looking for some value that has a chance of hitting, Chael Sonnen at +300 is a good bet against Nate Marquardt. While we think Marquardt is the better fighter and will win, we don't think Sonnen is a +300 dog.

With the news that Heidi Montag got 10 plastic surgeries at once (including a breast augmentation to size DDD), we can't help but remember a prettier, less Barbie-looking version of her from days of yore.
We were on hand for Heidi's 22nd bday bash at the Christian Audigier Nightclub in September of 2008. While she had had some work done at this time, it wasn't over-the-top, and specifically we recall thinking, "Hey, that Heidi chick actually isn't too bad looking."
Also, as seen in below pics, she had a nearly perfect ass, which makes it somewhat shocking that she'd mess with it by, yes, getting plastic surgery done on it as well.

Dana White: We view this as the perfect strategic partnership to help us grow this business and fast track our expansion into other parts of the world. I don’t look at this as my baby and nobody else can touch it. The way I look at this thing is that the UFC is a brand, like Microsoft, McDonald’s or any of these other ones.
